Dragon Pitt Inn & BBQ provides clean and comfortable lodging and tasty food at reasonable prices for our motorcycling and driving friends. Our location is close to some of the very best motorcycling and driving roads in America.

Located on Hwy 129 at the TN 72 junction on the world famous Dragon. Situated in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, the region also offers rugged mountains, rolling farmland, sprawling lakes, and beautiful streams and rivers. Nearby is the Cherohala Skyway, Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway, not to mention the many other exciting roads to explore in Tennessee and North Carolina. We can point you toward many that we have discovered.

Rustic and nestled into the side of a mountain, all rooms have either a porch or balcony to gather and sit and relax while watching the action wheeling around the corner.  The Dragon Pitt BBQ shack is right next door to the Inn and we make great pulled pork, burgers and BLTs with friendly service and atmosphere.

We are open year-round and welcome everyone including bikers, foliage watchers, boaters and hunters.
