Dennis and Jane Dearing purchased the Dragon Pitt Inn & BBQ, formerly Punkin Center Inn, in 2011.

We have been coming to this area for many years taking our vacations and riding trips and always dreamed of owning an establishment committed to motorcyclists and sports car enthusiasts. The Inn and BBQ seemed to be a good fit. Originally “flatlanders” from Illinois, of course were drawn to the mountains. With our children grown, we decided to act on our dream and devote ourselves to our love of riding and enjoyment of meeting new and interesting people.  We have a great fondness for all types of music and anticipate featuring afternoon bands occasionally at the BBQ Pitt and some evening campfire acoustical jams.
