ROOM RATES AND DESCRIPTION

All rooms $64.95 plus tax per night

WEEKLY RATE: STAY 6 NIGHTS AND GET THE 7TH NIGHT FREE (per room)

1. All rooms have two full beds (ask us about extra beds)

2. Handicap accessible room

3. $10.00 per person will be charged for any room occupancy over two.

4. Amenities include satellite TV, small refrigerator, coffee maker, wifi on request, and hair dryer.

5. Check in time is 3:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM(early check in when available).

Reservations strongly advised to ensure your date is available.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations for 1-3 nights require a deposit equal to one-night's stay per room. Reservations for 4-6 nights require a deposit equal to a two-night stay per room. All deposits due at time of reservation. If you do not arrive for the first night of reservation additional nights are automatically cancelled.

Deposits forfeited if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival date. $30 cancellation fee per room if cancelled before 30 days of arrival. No refunds on deposits for holiday weekends and early departure.

Minimum two night stay required for holiday weekends.

GROUP POLICY

Six or more rooms booked under one person and/or group must pay 50% (non-refundable) deposit of total stay at the time of reservation. Rooms MUST be paid in full on the day of reservation arrival. DUE TO THE NUMBER OF GROUPS BOOKING THE ENTIRE INN AND THE NECESSITY OF HOLDING THE ROOMS FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, WE MUST ADHERE TO THIS POLICY
